He does not know the Building Construction fist of all. Builder name is Ilango and his no 9841049806. He just investing his black money and giving contract to his sub company (name Ramesh 9841779940). Their building constructions are very worst.

If you ask something, they wont say NO..Just they will agree ..But to do small work from your house, they may take Months and Years. Finally they won't do. Once the entire amount is transferred, almost you will die. Even they will try to avoid your phone calls.

Recently they did construction at madipakkam, ramakrishna raju nagar main road. Hell Lot of issues in their construction. Past 2 Years they even did not change the commercial connection which caused tenants to pay more than 25000. Guys..Pl don't believe any brokers..If they are new builders, Pl do go.

Even if you plan to pay money they bank loan, Pl don't settle full payment.. I done big mistake that I settled full amount..U should have pending al teast 2L until all works are completed.
