While the ambience is good, the reality is contrasting. They give big promises and have sweet talks but fail in action. Instead of a few months it took them 2 years to construct the house with unfulfilled promises. After sales services is pathetic. The maintenance in providing water and electricity , which are basic amenities to are missing. Roads are not made for all the houses as they have personal rivalry with all the house owners. All the owners have hence decided against paying them maintenance charges which leads to a vicious cycle of non maintenance. Hence prospective buyers -Please speak to the owners before investing.
