This is 100% fake news creating bye enemies of Ananthanarayan I have purchased apartment in mount mist and done deal withAnanthanarayan owner of Hanco .there is no such problem with him he deals in proper and easy way if others want to know the truth please go and check all Hanco properties and ask,

even single family don't have any complaint .don't believe in social media ask them directly they are ready to give reference alsoyou can also go and ask to family members those who are living in mount mist, shivam apartments, Lakshmi Narayana enclave etc. owned andunder Hanco propertiesall are Happy and satisfied with their apartments .i have re checked before purchasing apartment from Hanco .because of social media then I realize that these are fake post creating bye enemies .

I don't know what's the problem with others, but my experience with the builder was good. The builder was very polite and helpful.Also the staff help me a lot to find a tenant for my apartment.Even after possession I had always got responses for my queries

Hanco on its part has provided the best of the specifications as promised and I am indeed very much comfortable here.

Kerala Builder disconnects electricity of the Buyer immediately after the new Electricity Meters are connected by KSEB:

Palakkad: Kerala Builder, Of palakkad, Hanco Property Developers Ltd a fairly new builder in Palakkad, after project completion delayed by over 3 years, disconnects electricity due to personal vengeance.

An NRE, who is working abroad was surprisingly shocked by builders notice of Rs 58500/- as maintenance and electricity charges . Though the delayed work was in progress and completed with new electricity meters being fixed on 16th May 2019. He shoots a email to resident demanding Rs 58500/- on Maty 17th2019 . The NRE resident calculated the illegal demand and acceded to pay 2 years electricity charges of Rs 15750/- .Immediately after receipt of payment on May 25th 2019, builder cuts off electricity .The Builder did not handover the apartments to residents welfare association nor he gave a breakups of the charges. It was learned from other residents of apartment that no one made any payments towards the maintenance since completion certificate and occupancy certificate was received from competent authorities.

The NRE slapped a case in consumer court in Palakkad with reference to deficiency in services and unfair trade practices . As a immediate relief to his family who was residing with battery charged lamps and candles, interlocutory Application was submitted in Consumer Court along with other defects and deficiency of service . The consumer court orders Hanco Property developers pvt ltd represented by Mr. Anathanarayanan Hariharan and Land owner, Mr. K. K Subhash to immediately restore electricity.The court also warned against such arm-twisting actions by both of them not to repeat in future .

Palakkad news on Consumer court.We await the court orders for other cases against Mr Aanthanarayanan, Mr Subhash K K and Hanco Property developers. Same shall be published for Consumers –Jaago Grahak jaago!

I had visited their few sites and really satisfied with their completed projects. Astonished to see their specifications which are top class at an affordable price. In some of the projects they have gone in for granite flooring, teak wood doors even for toilets, Fenesta brand windows, jaquar fittings etc.which are truly remarkable.

Can be definitely trusted and I have decided to be their customer for their upcoming project at Pudur.

Ananthanarayan and his company is not made for customers to live happily.

Honestly I would like to tell you my experience with this builder.They have attitude issues specialyy Ananthanaryan hariharan of hanco property developers in Palakkad

1) management is very weak to deal with clients.Any defects shown is not completed promptly and he likes to receive wrath of customers as he is very egoistic person.Attitude must change

2) Those who are in USA/UK and want to buy property, dont invest your money with this builder. For long distance client they are not prompt for any kind of reply.

3) They are not prompt to reply your emails. Very Very poor customer relationship management. They say yes we will do everything but finally all left open in as is where is condition.

4) Never keep any kind work transparency.Painting is still not competed /several apartments defects not rectified/car parking not alotted after giving possesion and lastly completion certificate is still not received.

5) As of now we are not sure we are getting possession/completion certificate on time or not.

6) Please do not invest money with such builder where you have to run all the time behind them for work status but still you dnt get any kind of reply.

7)They will be prompt till agreement after that they dnt care about customer.

We had really liked the location and believed in everything that was told during initial discussion around quality, timely delivery etc. but have really unpleasant experiences. They haven't followed through on any of the promises made. First the possession dates itself were moved significantly. Then when we started receiving emails for possession, we noticed lot of work half done, improper alignments etc. We showed everything to their rep and he agreed, sent detailed email with photos clearly depicting the issues more than a year back. we have been following up since but haven't even received positive acknowledgement for months now. It appears they cared about everything until they got all the money but not even responding to emails now. #reallybadexperince, #customercheating. #feelingcheated.

I am ex-employee and worked in Hanco for sometime. I had seen so much politics created by Hanco MD Ananthanarayan hariharan and he is a gossip monger . If any one talks to him or his back, he will be behind him. He is total unprofessional person. During several meetings I have seen he telling Civil engineers to just complete the project with minimal resources. he dictates timeframe and if not completed then then his fowl mouth depresses the staff. My friend Viswanathan Sir also left and after that he told about ananthannarayan hariharan of hanco property developers palakkad . Viswanathan sir told me that he used to send customers two values for registration and basically to make black money and cheat government of stamp duty. He advises to tell customes all lies that he will provide this that and later all complications he faces. I dont know about the present review of apartment or villas but for sure this man is not professional and a womaniser also.Several women staff left due to issues created by him.Thank You.

A transparent review - Apartment started construction in 2013 and till today january 18th 2018 the work is not completed.

Possession given after completing registration but the fire approval not in place . electricity supplied through commercial meters- car parking not allotted as only 14 car park available instead of 27.

He is trying to get completion certificate and then raise illegal structures for car parking sheds. Authorities must check whether 27 car park is available.

Consumer court lot of cases going on. Builder and developer threatens defamation suit if any one speak against him. Google his company and Ananthanarayan, whole india will know who is ananthanarayan and his wife vani hariharan, both cheat directors.

Several civil engineers left knowing that they found his fraud mentality.

Car parking in Mountain Mist apartment by hanco developer and builder –Mr Anantha narayana hariharan and vani Hariharan, both directors of the company has not handed over car park after registration and possession given and is obstructing the owners car parking area.

The most untrusted developer and builder of Palakkad is Hanco developer from Kalpathy who is now into real estate business from 2011 onwards and now cheating customers for car parking. After giving possession, say after registration, he has blocked car parking. The guy who whistleblowed has been sacked. The caretaker Damodaran is sacked as he let the personal news of Anantha Narayan and vani Hariharan. Difficult times approaching for both husband and wife to abandonreal estate business as they made total mess out of it.

As on 18th January 2018 we residents complained several times but his has put building materials in car parking area and trying to obstruct car parking. The photos taken today is attached.

I saw several people had complained against Hanco developer –AnanthaNarayan Hariharan, but it looks like he does not care at all. The residents also has a mixed response and few got some slot to park and rest are parking in the pathway.

Two securities are working with 12 hours duty on daily basis and they have no control over parking. The car parking is not allotted even after 2 years of possession and registration and his building work is still continuing and no completion certificate is received so far.two wheelers are parked in car parking area. Also noted outsiders two wheelers are parked inside the apartment complex. Some people who work in coimbatore and calicut oor cochin are keeping two wheeler and four wheeler inside the apartment.

All owners car must be provided sticker so that they can park in their designated and marked slot. If he does not alott and keep under his possession then we owners will go to consumer forum to get justice.

Ananthanarayan hariharan like scrupulous builder cannot say- If you don’t like then I will buy back the apartment so that he can sell at a higher rate .This trick wont allow. We have taken loan to buy this apartment and your modus operandi will not work any further. Hand over to association and then we will run the show.

Completion certificate even after 5 years is not received . How did Fire and safety department allow residents to stay in this apartment. How the apartments were registered without completion certificate.

Till he allots car parking we will be going to consumer forum against him. Let the forum take action against him. He was not available for comment at the time of posting. The Civil engineers told us that he has not allotted car parking now because he will not get completion certificate .After getting completion certificate he would erect temporary sheds and hand over car parking around the building .

I thought to write a review in mouth shut because I had gone through their reviews earlier.But after communicating with them I finally decided to go for site visit of Mountain mist apartment. I was really satisfied with their quality of work and purchased an apartment in Mountain mist itself.

I need to stress here the builder has been really good and have been very accomodative. I got it handed over in 2016 middle and have been staying here ever since.

The project is very close to the Palakkad Junction railway station and very ideally located. We enjoy our stay in all sense.

Whenever we needed any assistance related to our comfortable stay and anytime we approached the builder they were there to help us. The staff have been extremely courteous and friendly.

So no complaints and we have also purchased one more apartment from them in a project at Pudur.

I have bought an apartment from this builder from one of thier projects and very much satisfied with their way of functioning. Very helpful all the time especially when it comes to paying land tax, property tax, ownership change etc. they always kept us informed about their activities and very transparent in their approach. I never had the headache of anything and since I stay abroad with my family these services were very helpful to us. Even today after ownership change they help us in paying property tax and land tax annually. In addition once they also got a good tenant as per our request. So altogther we are happy with Hanco and their staff.
