Chathamkulam Builders, Palakkad

I had purchased plot at Chathamkulam Aluva location with lots of dreams, but total disappointment. Builders had promised roads drainage but after 5 years of starting the project they have abandoned the project no office in ekm. Now they are not picking calls and whenever they do they giveuus false promises

I had purchased a plot in Chathamkulam Spring Valley in Aluva 5 years ago, but Chathamkulam has not delivered on any of the promises made while selling the plot. In spite of patiently waiting for all these years, they continue to give false assurances and continue to cheat the plot owners. Request the public not to fall into their trap.

Hello guys...We purchased about 35 plots in chathamkulam spring..Aluva... very long back..5years.. so many assurances..till now They have not developed land..you can see in the photos taken today.. Owner Sumesh number one manupulator... & froud... cheated us... hearing the soft words of Sumesh..we all waited for 4 to 5 years... Now no response.. closed Cochin office.today we all almost 35 owners had a meeting in Chathamkulam spring valley Aluva decided to proceed with legal action.. All be very careful with Chatamkulam builders... 5 Star review posted by Chatamkulam people only...

Iam a business man in mumbai but my native is in palakkad. When I planned to construct a villa of my choice, I contacted one of my friend in palakkad and told him to enquire about all the builders details and asked him to get brochure from all the builders. Since my cousin is a civil engineer in a reputed firm I forwarded  the details and brochures to him. Then, he detailed my the pros of chathamkulam builders. I will detail the pros of the company below. One thing I can guarantee that is the money is worth and nobody in kerala would do the construction like them for  such a low cost with the best quality products like jaguar, cera, godrej, supreme PVC pipe, VGuard, Havells and way more. If you compare the brochure detailed then you can find why chathamkulam Builders stays ahead.

Talking about the review above mine I don't think that is a genuine review because Chathamkulam have other business such as business school, technologies, real estate. Their token is below 1 lakh and I don't find any reason that why they want to collect interest of this guys amount by depositing into the bank. This is purely a fake review in ordered to misguide other people. Moreover I have recommended to my other friends and they are satisfied too.

I would like to warn anyone who is looking to buy a properties from Chathamkulam builders. I have bought plots in one of their projects in Aluva - Spring Valley. In the company website this project is shown as completed. However, the project is stuck in legal issues and Chathamkulam does not seem keen to resolve these and complete the project. Anyone can verify by going to the project site in Estate Road, Colonypady, Aluva. If you are willing to invest your life's savings with such a builder please go ahead.

Hello friends in today's review I am going to talk about a builders and developers company and really I got very worst experience about this company so I will tell you the exactly reason why do not give your project to this builders and developers so let's see what is there.

I was very busy in my job and I called my best friend and said find builders and developers for my project and he told me about this company when I went into the company and he talked with good etiquette and signed the project but I was feeling he is making me up bread and butter.He welcomed me very well in the beginning and then they told me that in a few days we will initiate our work ASAP then I said ok no problem and I gave some rupees in advance as they were written in the contract pages.He told me that your work will start soon and the day came of time to start working that day then suddenly he said today we cannot initiate our work because we are very busy and the labourers is in strike.He deferred to the people day by day and they have not started working yet.He deposited some money in the bank and has been taking an interest.People keep saying that this is the day to day work at this place today, today we have to work on this place.They always made excuses that we cannot initiate our work then once I told him because I was in anger that you do not work to get us our money back please so he refused to pay rupees because he had completed submit the rupees in the bank and I would say it's not there all the customer come in with everybody is the same.After all the things happened and they make fool to their new customer.
