Affordable flats in Kengeri but average maintenanc

I recently visited Habitat Iluminar in Kengeri, Bangalore. The location is peaceful and surrounded by greenery. The project is ready to move and offers 2 & 3 BHK flats in the range of ₹; 42.7L to ₹; 55.06L. The building looks modern and has decent elevation.

However, I found the maintenance services slightly lacking. Security and amenities are good, but housekeeping and response time need improvement. Overall, a good option in this budget, but make sure to check maintenance before moving in.

Location is premium. Well connected. Near to IT parks, hospitals, schools and other offices and market places.
