I recently visited Habitat Iluminar in Kengeri, Bangalore. The location is peaceful and surrounded by greenery. The project is ready to move and offers 2 & 3 BHK flats in the range of ₹; 42.7L to ₹; 55.06L. The building looks modern and has decent elevation.

However, I found the maintenance services slightly lacking. Security and amenities are good, but housekeeping and response time need improvement. Overall, a good option in this budget, but make sure to check maintenance before moving in.
