GREATA project delay is beyond the comparison - 9 years and counting. They claim to be a builder but are just a mere investor without any knowledge on construction. They are solely dependent on marketing joint ventures. Their directors and staffs are not competent to run any business for that matter. Marketing partners does their job with all false promises and GREATA right royally deny everything at the end,

Please never ever do any business with GREATA or you will repent. If given a choice, I would rate them zero star.
