We bought a 3bhk in Ganga Serio in 2021 with promise of delivery in Oct 2022. Sales manager Mr Ranjan Was all charming and promised us that apartment will be delivered on time. However after noticing on monthly visits that hardly any work had happened from OCt 2021 till Nov 2022. when we approached the builder we were met with indifference and lies, we were then promised that we will get our apartment by April 2023. even till date the building is far from ready and the staff doesnt pay any attention to clients once you have bought the property and even makes you wait 45 mins in their office while they sit and chit chat in their offices. highly unprofessional and big liars. please do not believe a word they say at the time of selling the apartment.

Very bad experience specially suffering from wrong commitments from sales people. I booked based on name of builder but have fallen in Trap of false commitment of its sales department.


I should have booked a ready possession flat somewhere else. Don't go by their words rather go by Date which is mentioned in your Agreement, sales person will keep telling you to give possession quite early but thats not true. They are not allowing site visits, you won't even know what's going on with your flat.


They said that I will receive my flat last year but still I am counting the days and can't see will get this year as well????

Is there any fb/whatsapp group of serio customers, as I am having few issues with builder false commitments and payments.


The way construction going on, it doesn't look they going to handover possession for this year, from last 3 to 6 months progress is almost nothing but they already took most of the payment.

Very very bad experience with Goel Ganga developments “Ganga Acropolis “ project.


Think 10 times before booking flat in any Goel Ganga development projects. There are many thing are different or hidden which you don’t know while booking but later on you will realise there are some false commitments.


When you reach out to sales team on any query they will say all things are already there but in reality it’s not there like PMC water etc.


Also sales team team will you in early morning and after 7-8 pm also if they need to talk.


I have booked flat there but due to many concerns I am not convinced and asked for refund but they refused to return my booking amount. Even after deducting 20-30 % amount also they are not ready to refund.


So pls be aware while booking flat in GGD projects

they spend lot on cp meeting, attract you to bring client and then dont pick the call.

Today I tried to visit my apartment after almost 3 yrs of booking. I saw their treatment which was completely flipped after you have paid your part. They dont even ask you to sit, visit site or ask a glass of water. Before visiting I contacted them and they agreed to come ( had my family too with me), once we reached there they refused us to get in, saying the number we have been contacted is not their (by the way I dial their Google page number.. they claimed that they don’t have this page). Cherry on the cake was their property manager had been convinced that I should put my experience to online reviews so I’m just giving him an honor.


For me it’s a NO if anyone in my circle ask about this project.

I am copy & pasting this from Google reviews to save my time but the theme and intent remains the same. Pls don’t understand or mark this as a spam message.


This Ganga Glitz society is an ugly confluence of unprofessional and unethical services that at times I get the feeling of being put in a slum. There is hardly any post sale response on the issues you try and raise with the builder about the poor build quality and/or the seepage/ leakage issues.


That raises the simple and obvious question that when the builder isn’t leaving a single penny for the flat, why there is so much reluctance on the basic hygiene and sanitation issues which are making residents’ life almost equal to hell. Very rhetorical but I think we all know the reason.


It’s not even a month since I shifted here and there are so many leakage/ blockage issues cropping up. The supervisor ( Bala Saheb) does nothing but minting money from you for fixing the issues and that too isn’t guaranteed to solve the issues from root. So far I have spent around 3K from my own pocket which is totally wrong on builder’s part but since there is money involved for them to suck on, they aren’t paying any heed to issues. The sales team would sound so concerned but have got no time since they are busy making new leads OR should I say busy finding new scapegoats!!


This is just my sad and pathetic experience I had with GG developers. Others may have good experiences as well.

I have purchased 2 adjacent office units in TRUENO, a commercial project in Vimannagar Pune by Goel Ganga developers. Even after the fact that the project was delayed by several years, I took the possession as soon as they updated me about project completion and requested to pay all the balance amount. I immediately paid the whole amount. I rented out the office to an IT company. Now my Tenent is suffering daily as the builder has not fixed partitions between urinals. My Tenant’s staff/guests have to use urinal one by one costing their considerable productive time. This is since day 1 of our usage i.e. it is now 5th month, the work of fixing partitions in urinal is not even started and the builder is not even paying any attention to our cry. Please advice and I am ready to adapt legal ways. Please help.

Ganga Aurum society has put the case in court for common amenities. In notice said that, Amber people can not access common amenities ( Club house + play area) No pcmc drinking water, no soft usage water, no cctv, no authorised security service Available. People are Just started living and Leakage in some flats.

The only thing definitely you will get is false commitments. As soon as they consume your 80-90% disbursement suddenly you can’t see any progress. Never trust what they say about possession date. You have to wait what is on rera or even more than that. You will pay extra interest due to these false commitments and end up buying property at higher cost

The construction is very slow and you wont gate as verbally promised. You will have to wait for rera date never trust Ganga for dates, once they get 90% of your disbursement there will be no progress. Stay away from Serio project

Goel Ganga Developments is an excellent company to work with! The sales executive helped my family find our dream home. We were new to the Satara locality and needed someone to navigate us through the area. They went all out and helped us get familiar with the locality. Due to Covid-19, we thought it would be difficult for us to find a lovely home but they made it extremely hassle-free. We are very grateful and highly recommend Goel Ganga Developments to everyone. Goel Ganga Platinum project in Kharadi is such a disaster. No work ethics. It’s been day and night of digging. Heavy machinery working 24/7 and giving people sleepless nights. They have no shame left. Destroying the Mutha river bed and causing trouble for others. Investors please visit for self and see. Also attached picture raises questions on the strength of the foundation. So close to river bed, wonder how long will it stay strong? Moreover the investors need to also consider how they are going to deal with these bunch of bullies when they will turn a deaf ear towards their complaints.

They have some of the best real estate projects in Pune city. I have invested in a 2BHK apartment in Ganga Amber and sooner I'll be getting the possession of my project.

Booked flat in Ganga Amber in 2017 and still have not recieved possession. Right now now they are saying they will give possession without OC which is against law. No communication for compensation. Sample flat is also different than what was promised and given flat has many quality issues.

They have bigger sales force than total maintenance staff. Builder doesn’t care about maintenance, nor take responsibility of amenities or premises once you have paid them.


Society formed after developer leaves are ALWAYS useless and developer intervention is expected.


They play with numbers and make you believe it’s way bigger and lavish, but their projects are tiny.


They claimed 4 layer security, and practically, there was only one watchman on get, guard in parking never shows up. God knows what 4 layers they count it with.

Ganga serio people will give you possession date as Dec 2021 (biggest lie) but actual rera date is Dec 2024. I have seen work progress. It is going to take 2 years for sure as they will deliver all towers together and third tower has 80% work pending.


They will just complete bricks work till top floor and disburse money from account. Be careful while booking.
