You cannot trust their word at all. They took 4 years extra to give us possession and the property was not made with the kind of material that we expected and the amenities and facilities were also not up to the mark.

There have been so many years of unanswered calls and emails and we had to run helater shelter because of them. They gave us the worst time of our lives and I would never recommend buying a house with them.

The constructing work at this property is not done well and in some time you have to take out time to solve all these problems because of the negligence of the builders and you will not be able to do anything about it, which is sure to irritate you!

Bad quality material.

GM Techies Town - A BIG TRAP

Please spare few minutes before investing in GM Techies Town

The marketing team makes you fall on their trap by quoting huge price and giving massive discounts for spot booking.

Please spend some time and do a research before investing here.

They will never return your booking amount,

They have never built a high floor raise apt

They have never completed any project on time

Their quality of construction is poorer than a ordinary builder

They have duped a lot of customers

They just want to make money and never care for customers

You will be treated as a GOD when you go there and they will make you fall on their marketing gimmicks. Once you pay some amount as booking, thats it. After that you will be at their mercy . they will not answer your calls but calls you to release funds and threatens. Their quality of construction can be checked from the G+4 they constructed few meters away from Techies town . You cant even do a wall mount of your TV, The wall develops cracks. There are a lot of issues with drainage system. There is water scarcity. All in whole a waste of money investing in any of their properties. If this post helps at least 10 people to rethink and make them don't invest, I take it as a KARMA and hope to be rewarded for this good deed. That's how pathetic it is. I lost my money. I don't want anyone else to loose theirs. Thank you. God Bless
