They will never return your booking amount,

They have never built a high floor raise apt

They have never completed any project on time

Their quality of construction is poorer than a ordinary builder

They have duped a lot of customers

They just want to make money and never care for customers

You will be treated as a GOD when you go there and they will make you fall on their marketing gimmicks. Once you pay some amount as booking, thats it. After that you will be at their mercy . they will not answer your calls but calls you to release funds and threatens. Their quality of construction can be checked from the G+4 they constructed few meters away from Techies town . You cant even do a wall mount of your TV, The wall develops cracks. There are a lot of issues with drainage system. There is water scarcity. All in whole a waste of money investing in any of their properties. If this post helps at least 10 people to rethink and make them don't invest, I take it as a KARMA and hope to be rewarded for this good deed. That's how pathetic it is. I lost my money.
