good team which gave me a comfortable home

i am a civil engineer and working as a senior manager in an mnc in sriperumbudur. i was living in nungambakam but found hard to commute . so i decided to purchase a flat near my office . i selected poonamallee as some of my friends reside there and had positive reviews as i personally found out it was calm,serene with trees and good ground water. when i visited thier site they personally guided me from my office to the site location at night as i was new to the area . the site supervisor muthu raj and thier md ganesh raaj pesonally showed me all the amentities .i personally checked with their permission the materials they had used and thier past projects around the area .they arranged all the loan formalities and the house was handed on time .they were some minor glitches in carpentry and tiles work. i even had an argument with the carpenter over modular kitchen work. but their mangement solved it. over all a good team which has to perform better in some areas.
