Review On Ganesh Developers and Co, Pune

I am looking for the 2BHK flat in southern area of Pune. By seeing the advertisement of Ganesh Nisarga Project near ambegaon I thought to purchase a 2BHK flat in this society. Firstly I visit the site with my Sister and ask for the quotation they give the quotation for the flat which includes basic rate plus many other charges for amenities. the brochure made by this builder is well and anyone can loved it. By seeing the Architecture drawing and flat personally I purchased the flat in October 2015. As per the talking with the owner I gave the money and planned for the loan. By seeing the documents loan is approved by the bank easily.After that payments had done by bank.

I visited the site after regular intervals. The work progress is very good and fast. But the amenities that offer by the company when we are booking the flats are not in progress and the time to time they avoid for the same by telling us that they will do that when they are giving the possession.

At the time of possession there are 50% amenities shown by them are not given to us that are only on papers and still they are giving us reason that they will do shortly since the possession. Thus I had bad experience with this firm So I suggest not to take homes from such builders.

Customer service is very poor.
