Because none of the people who wrote good about the builder are existing in the Society or Apartment.


Do not buy the apartments from this builder, he just shows you a FULL MOON, before you invest and GIVES you BULL S*T in your hand.


He has cheated on us on all the aspects like poor quality building, poor plumbing, disigner swimming pool to a water tank, half done badminton court from tennis court, poor electric lining, badly designed STP, licenseless elevators, second hand diesel generator. what not.
