I and my wife’s sister, cumulatively paid them 5.5 lacs for plot registration but got scammed. On asking for refund, they made us fill a refund form stating condition to get refund after 6 months but it’s been 1.5 years and not a single penny is refunded. The court notices are also getting returned stating wrong office address that is given in their site, brochures and everything. They are openly scamming people as they are not afraid of anyone because of strong political backups.

Please, do not trust this company or invest your hard-earned money. This is a calculated scam, and once you fall for it, getting your money back is next to impossible.

Once you pay them you have to run from pillar to post to get possession of flat or refund

This company is a fraud there branch is in saltlake sector 5 . They are running scam cheating many customers by taking booking fees by showing someone's else property and promising to give you flat in different location and when you ask them to cancel and claim for refund they will not return your money and also they will give you some PNB Cheques which will bounce at the promised date and they will become unresponsive don't book any flats here they are fraudsters i have all the proof against them. ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEW ARE DONE BY THERE OWN COMPANY STAFF SO DO NOT FALL FOR THESE SCAM

Project Royal Enclave is surrounded by greenery and also having indoor and outdoor amenities. In the present scenario when going out for any outdoor activities are to someway not recommended, in this Royal Enclave project residents can keep engaging themselves and spend quality time inside at this gated complex

We had booked a bunglow worth 50 lakh in dharitri enclave in month of June, 2021. 7.5 lakh advanced was given and MOU was prepared. Only after giving money they stated behaving strange. Kept delaying submitting required documents to the bank for loan. Harrrassed us daily. Being worried We approached some of the other buyer. That's when we came to know that all are worried wheather they will ever get the project done.

Hence we approached the company for the return of money. They started avoiding us.Finally sent us a mail saying it needs atleast 6 months too initiate refund and it will be done on installment.

We are suffering daily. How can they keep our money and arrogantly refuse our request.

Please someone give us advise on how to get the money back.
