There should not be even an iota of doubt that Dharitri Infraventure Pvt Ltd is a fraud company run by a bunch of fraudsters. Like thousands others, I am too a victim of their fraudulent acts in so-called'Universia' project. As usual I was neither officially informed about the fate of the project nor given back the refund of Rs 2, 66, 000, transferred on March 16, 2017 for a 3BHK penthouse despite several requests.

Dharitri has violated all rules of the book at every step with impunity. It would surprise anybody to see the magnitude of the violations:

(1)'Universia' was a'fake project'. No housing complex can be built on that piece of land as the said location falls under'wetland'. Unless there is a change in legislation, nobody can build any permanent structure there. The gang of the directors Dipanwita Samanta, Vicky Singh and former one Sumanta Jana were well aware of the fact. Despite that they raised money with a sole purpose of robbing innocent people.

(2) There were no clearances for the'Universia' project. Raising money for a housing project without all clearances are not only the violation of laws, but a blatant and deliberate way of looting public money.

(3) When a project is scrapped, the simple rule is to refund the money to clients in good faith. But what Dharitri has done? It has siphoned off money raised from Universia to Royal Enclave and elsewhere. Again a deadly sin!

I am writing this with all responsibility. Dharitri management is full of crooks, dishonest and corrupt people who have been spending crores on the'right jacks', but depriving clients of their just refund. Our money is stuck for years for no fault of us. This cannot be allowed anymore.

I say let us fight it together. Let us ensure Dharitri gets it back for what they have done with us. The directors must be behind the bar as they have no right to roam around happily. I have lost my money and they are not refunding to me.still today 8 months passed away.they have made the booking by showing false property to me.when I said that I need papers to legal verification , they don't have any paper.They have taken token money 50000 from me and not refunding .don't waste your money.

There are cases of 406 & 420 registered in the name of their directors in Salt Lake Electronic Complex Police Station. They have defrauded hundreds of people. Just Google "Dharitri Infraventure fraud" and you can see how many results comes up. News about their fraud has been published in the Times of India and Ei Somoy. This company is a outright cheat and fraud organisation. Took advance from me for a project that they never started. Wanted me to shift to another project of their choice which I disagreed. Still not given back my advance. All refund chqs have bounced. Directors are untraceable, staff are rude and full of lies. Pressing criminal charges against the management and company soon. Stay away from these people.

I booked a row house in the "My Town" project in Baruipur from Dharitri Infraventure on April 2016. The land was disputed and the project came to a halt. They told us to go with their project in Newtown. But our requirement was Baruipur row house which we paid 2.9 lakhs till then and applied for refund.

The refund got processed but for four years they are not paying back the money. They paid 1.6 lakhs in small small amounts. Now they are not responding to calls. And when I go to visit they just tell they will give it back. But its been four years and counting.

I would personally recommend anyone to go with these big real estate big shots. They will take advantage of the middle class and cheat them.

They are simply CHEATING customers by taking huge sum of money and upon cancellation will make you beg for your own money. There are some PROMOTER OWN PEOPLE who is giving positive comments to mislead the people. If you really need to enquire for this project, go and find out from Consumer Forum Office, Subhanna building in Karunamoyee, Salt Lake. They are having numerous complaints registered for this company. They are simply taking money and not returning. The managements is also so pathetic that they will not respond nor will give you status of the money to be refunded. I have been waiting for more than 2 years but still haven't got the money back.

My family booked 2 flats in this project. the biggest mistake on their side. After waiting a few months and several visits to the property site it was clear that the whole thing is a scam. We asked for a refund and then they showed their real colors. We met hundreds of people got cheated by them in this manner. They promised to give back the amount and their check bounced again and again. After years of persuasion, hundreds of phones and visits to their office and arguing, I was able to get back a fraction of money but yet lakhs of rupees to be recovered.

I am asking everyone to avoid this project and company like plague, its one of the biggest real estate scams in kolkata. BEWARE!

I am yet to receive my refund. Think a thousand time before closing them. I booked universia and suddenly without informing me they shifted to a new place.

Dharitri's projects are budget Friendly. I have bought a flat & gifted to my parents on their anniversary. They have a great team who guided me finding that flat as per my budget.

I used to work at this company. very pathetic work ambiance. don't provide salary on time. salary cheque bounced two-three times. their branding and communication team head and her assistant is third class people. they can only do politics. every day clients come to the office premises and shouting at marketing people. they also have an e-commerce sister concern OHHO EXPRESS. poor employee management. one of the worst hr manager in this company. never join this company.

Hi All,

Recently I came across the area, This seems to be very nice and is near the sapoorji Palonji, which is a booming area for real states currently.

The company has already started the project any many building blocks are being developed for flats. Also I saw some bunglows are made(roof casting done).

Can anyone who have booked here give me some idea about the project and when it is going to deiver?

I had booked 1.5 Katha Bumglow no D90 on 12th Nov 2017, due to financial issues I cancelled on 28th July 2018, as per the document they should refund my money within 180 days, till now there were no communications and nothing confirmed.

The refund department is separate and the scam is there is no company phone numbers or desk numbers to connect them, when called in mobile always either switched off or not reachable; if you are lucky to connect them they always tell lie, today or tomorrow you will get money.

This is a 100% scam company I booked in 2017 in their universia project.. There was 0 progress so they suggested to shift to Royal enclave.. No progress there as well.. Asked for MOU for 1 year and when they actually gave it its the worst aggrement.. We cancelled and it's 6 months but no refund yet.. There are a lot of us and I think we all should get together and go to Dharitri's office at once and call news channels.. I have some connections and should file consumer forum case all together.

Please pm me and each other let's get together and act urgently before they run away..

I had applied at Dharitri Infraventure for the post of Digital Marketing Manager on the 22ndof November, 2018. \the career prospect and salary offered to me was much better than my present company. My application was selected among a number of other candidates. I went to Dharitri Infraventure as a potential candidate for Digital Marketing.I had mentioned in my CV about my physical disability. I have never tried to suppress any fact pertaining to my physical shortcomings.

But I had to face a rather dismal and disappointing experience at the hands of their Management. Their office is located at Salt Lake Sector VDN-51 Merlin Infinite Towers Suite 805.As I was filling out the application/candidate form t.heir management said that " We do not entertain handicapped person so you can leave our office". This was the most insulting and unprofessional behavior I have ever encountered.

Its a reliable company, its true it has shifted to new location, But no one complained as its a excellent place than before, company did not ask for any extra money too, they handled all the paper work in a very smooth process .New agreement they have provided, Land conversion, Approval from LIC and IDBI all done(Royal enclave).Monthly Update about the site they are providing. We can also directly go to site an see the work progress.3 Tower foundation already done and Bunglow work will start from this month only .Well Done! cheers I am looking forward towards, I am full confident that DHARITRI will keep the committment.One of the Sales Person Sandeep Da(Whos sit in Rdb Office) is one of the BEST .Dharitri should be proud to have Person like Sandeep in there organisation .Keep up the good work .

Great New for all Royal enclave owners, request all to visit the site work has started in full force 4 tower work is going on simultaneously .Bunglow work will start after Puja confirmed by the company /Loan are easily available from Approved IDBI N LIC no documentation required as the project is legally approved by the bank its means all valid papers are with Bank only Personal Adhar card/pan and Last 6 months Salary slip form 16 is required .I personally visited IDBI Salt lake Branch /Loan Manager is very helpful, provided all the information /Loan processing fees is approx Rs 5000/ Plus interest fees that depends how u negotiate /8.75 offered to me ./Loan will be only disbursed only when bank reports that work is happening and after that emi will start, I urge to all owner to apply for Loan so that our Project our Dream House work move smoothly and no looking back .And as per committed date the project can be complete, We all need to support the Builder Dharitri for doing a Great Great Job to shift the location from Hatishala(Due to some govt interference) to Location opposite Sapoorji which is the best.currently, and doing all the new paper work and agreement smoothly .thumbs Up to Dharitri -best wishes from my side to get the project complete on time .All Owners once again requesting to support Dharitri and get all the loan work done .

They are the biggest cheaters you will find. All the good ratings are fake and given by their Employees. They will speak very politely till you have not paid the amount, once you pay that, it will be like hell, you wont get the location they showed you earlier in Brochure and forget about getting your money back. We are struggling for more than a year to get our money.

Even after sending legal notice they wont even respond anything at all. They dont care about clients at all.

NEVER EVER INVEST WITH THEM. They will take your money to give advertisements, pay filmstars, cricketers, but not for building or refunding you the money. It was our worst decision to go ahead with them, if you are still going to pay them you are the biggest loser.

Many consumers already have filed cases at Dept. of Consumer affairs as this company neither refunding money not started the proper construction work. In many projects, this company does not have sufficient land to start project, but it took money from customers . This company does not tell all the terms and conditions before taking money . NO PSU bank approved any of its projects. Your hard-earned money will be lost if you want to but flat from this company . It is almost like NARADA-SARADA scam . Please be cautious.

I am an ex Dharitri flat owner and from my point of view the company has been mired in different difficulties which has held them back.Though I am a refund customer for personal reason and ofcourse the delay, my application has been considered and processed which is why I cannot speak bad about them

This is a Third Class Company. Some management person is doing very bad behaviour of others employee. I worked 15 days for this company and it’s very bad experience in my 4 year job career. And I saw that it’s not also client friendly company. They are doing the Harassment of clients. So please Careful and Be Aware before joining or invest in this company.
