This Promoter has started a lot of Projects, But it has not completed  10% of any project in Kolkata. Recently they are  shifting the Royal Enclave Project from Hatishala to Sapoorji near GOOSHALA. But they are not giving the land details. Most of their old staff from Merline Infinity building have left their jobs or transferred somewhere. .Very dangerous situation

I have been living in a society constructed by Dharitri Infraventure from past 1 year. It is well maintained and full of amenities. Bucks well spent!

I am an architect so I get excited when I see construction sites. I visited Dharitri Infraventure’s all construction sites. Although every building was top-notch, I booked my flat in New Royal Enclave because it’s the closest to my office.

My parents recommended to book a house with Dharitri Infraventure when I was looking to invest my money in real estate. I booked a house, got possession and now rented it. I am getting good price for my house.

I came across Dharitri Infraventure when I was looking for a home last year. I booked an appointment and visited their projects, loved them all but I finalised a 2bhk in New Royal Enclave. I am glad I made this decision.

The location is just right for us commuters, not too close not too far from the places you need to reach like offices, malls, bazars, colleges and schools. This helped me decide on this project and also because it did not hurt my pocket very dearly.
