These people have not left any moment to charge us extra. Right from the booking to the time of possession and now the maintenance fee, everything is extraordinarily high.
Crime threats in the area has been increasing

The current area is not so safe for the people due to past crime records and this has been seen as a concern added up to the safety of the people living in the areas. There is poor gated security to add on to that. Hence the need of security for the gated services that can effectively monitor the people incoming and outgoing is needed.
Flats difficult to sell

There has been a tremedous delay in possession, which has caused us a lot of running from helter to shelter to find out why there has been a delay. Plus, we have not got any interest money for the delay!

Even after our repeated requests to them to show us the approvals and licenses that are required for the property, they did not show us the documents, so we decided not to buy the property with them. Be careful when dealing with them.
Completion Certificate not provided

There are many cases where the buyer is not given completion certificate even after purchasing the flat which is ready and has been given the ready possession for the same. Besides this the builder agreement clauses are very redundant and there are no clear rules on the same.
Fake promises for 2 year maintenance free

Since many of the builders are saturated with the huge inventory list, it is this time that they ought to stop bringing forth schemes like getting to pay no Maintenance fees for 2 years when in reality the amount is quite expensive for the same.
