D Kumar Estate Agent, Mumbai

D Kumar estate agent located in kandivali west Mumbai .They are dealing in rental or commercial, new property's. One of my friend took property from there but they didn't not get proper after sales service .Services which they are providing not good . They not giving proper responses .He took a flat but it has some issues he was calling them number of time no one respond . I would not suggest to anyone to buy property from there.That's all.

I approached D kumar estate agent whi has an office in kandivali as I was looking to buy a flat in thakur complex in kandivali itself.

This agent is no person to trust. He loots the customers.

Coming to my experience. He showed me four flats in thakur complex in different societies and I selected one out of them. I met the owner through D kumar and the price was finalised in black and white.

The owner and the agent did not tell me that the papers and agreement was with D kumar!

After I made the payment I asked for the formalities like transfer regitration and agreement to be completed however the agent did not go ahead and demanded 2 percent commission only 1 percent was decided from me and that too included in the total amount I paid. But the agent changed his position demanded 2 percent! I was in a fix as the amount comes to be large! And obviously I was not prepared for it. He blocked my work un till I paid in full.

I am extremely annoyed by this unprofessional behaviour. I do not recommend him at all! I dont even go to his office any more! Cheater guy! He took bad advantage of my less knowledge and less contacts.
