UPDATE 21-08-2017:

• Still, Common amenities are not even started, No lift.

• There are NO mail response from the Customer support team.

• They are going keen in writing fake reviews in all websites and creating beatiful youtube videos.

• Water leakage problems in the houses.

• Vendors and Workers are not paid on time. So most things are pending.

• Forcing almost all people to Pay all payment and get NOC to even complete some basic works.

• The entrace for the appartment is filled with almost 1 feet of mud.Risk of accidents.

• Bank which they recommend itself will not pay them as survey results fails. You need to pay in cash to even start your simple work.

Guys I am sorry. We see huge delay especially after December in delivery blaming flood, demonetisation, etc. I am forced to agree with your reviews and complaints. Soon will update ratings.!

Basically I am from Coimbatore. I recently booked in color berry and the process is going very smooth and friendly.

The construction specifically color berry seems good(although I was worried of negative reviews on other areas for build quality due handled by sub-contracts).

The development progress is Good. They have almost completed the Block A and B.

Block C ground and pillar work is ongoing. They are using clay bricks for sure.

I personally visit the site often to check the quality.

Kindly share true/honest reviews and comments for everyone to understand.

I have just created this review forum to get others reviews and comments.
