The above is a reputed contractor which undertakes govt projects and also develops plot into residential houses. Its office is based on Hill Road Bandra. On my visit to the office, I was given a warm welcome. and explained in details their buildings coming up in Bandra and Jogeshwari area. The showed the clear Land title. They have clearly explained the difference that I would get between super built area and carpet area. The rates are quite high because of the location. Generally, all builders first try to know whether you are actually going to buy or just come for a visit. Accordingly the take interest in you. But not this company. It was very pleasant interacting with the official of this company.
