Product Implementation Rate:

No swimming pool, no stp, no ro equivalent water, no clubhouse, no gated community, slum all around, no support for internal maintenance. Water logging happens even if it rains for 2 hrs. No storm water drains. The builder is mostly apathetic towards all issues. They are very convincing as sales agents but totally non performers wrt to project delivery
