Fraud and greedy builder

This builder is a cheat. Used poor quality materials, delayed construction, and an outright fraud. He is the developer for the building Esspee Towers(Dattapada Road), where he made false promises by showing garden and podium parking in the area adjacent, between thIs building Esspee Towers and Central Prabhu restaurant & Bar (can be seen in the picture he has put up). However, now he is constructing a 30 story building in that small space mentioned above. The society has served him a legal notice already. Stay away from this fraudster. All this other fake reviews would be by his friends and family.
