Fraud Builder-Money launders!

Myself, suffering because of this builder. I have booked the Flat in Vandaloor two years back, still project is not yet started. But they taken 30% of money from me. Without CMDA approval, they made me to register the flat(UDS) by saying they will get approval very soon. But still now CMDA approval not yet happened. Initially while booking, they told me that there will be six blocks with 128 flats with free space for meeting hall, gym & others. But now I came to know that they have include new block(around 20 flats in that free space(No Free space-Made stingent for Gym & Hall).-BIGG FRAUD to earn money. And also they changed by floor plan to get tax benefit for their construction. I am worried very much!
Because of increase in new blocks & flats, the UDS also get's reduced, but they are not talking about this subject. Almost two years completed, still construction is not started. My hard earned money also blocked with no interest returns.When ever I contact, they use to say after pongal we will start, after pooja holidays, after deepavalli, after Christmas, after new year...ALMOST TWO PONGAL, DEEPAVALLI, CHRISTMASS, NEW YEAR PASSED....STILL FLAT IS NOT READY....
