I Have dealt with at least 10 realtors so far but no one is bad like Bala Abirami builders. I had very bitter experience with this builder. Be careful, the MD never comes in contact unless full money is paid. They don't have a practice of returning the advance they take even there is a genuine reason for exit.

They have earned Crores by taking the advances itself without delivery. Their staff especially Sathish and Shanthi are ruthless and give only false commitments.
