Nice property to consider. I visited the place and have shortlisted it for myself. Don't understand the negative reviews though. As far as my experience with the property and even the organisation is considered it was good and would rather recommend other buyers looking for a property around Chikhali you must at least visit and experience it on your own. Found the flats apt for my consideration and didn't had any other considerable issue.
