This is the bad builder which we had experienced. He had given a project of the building and since it is 10 years it not completed.

Even half the work is not implemented. The builder is very slow. Even he has less workers. The project was not so good.

It changes every six months. Even the part which is completed is not proper. It is weak. There is drinking water connections made till now. Even the electricity connections have not been taken. The builder charges is very high. Even we had paid him 75% of the contract amount and he his not returning it back. So we can't have another option. Even the people who previously stay in this building are not staying on rent and the rent they paid had cross its limit. The builder is not interested at all. I just suggest not to choose this builder.
