One of the worst builders in Medavakkam area

Review On Athreya Homes, Chennai

Athreya Homes is one of the untrusted builder in the south Chennai area. They claim to be one of the quality builders in and around Medavakkam and Tambaran area, however the quality is explicitly bad, construction material used are totally unacceptable as per the construction standards and moreover highly priced with a pathetic customer service. The real estate industry is so bad that everyone who has little knowledge on construction and have wealthy background can become a builder.

That's the similar case with Athreya Homes. One of the Partner "Sridhar", who is so called the construction engineer, is not a qualified engineer. He doesn't even hold a degree. These people shows more interest towards  getting the payment from you and later doesn't even bother to support your needs.They say the delivery or the possession of the flat is with in 8 months, but actually speaking they never meet their commitment. Actually, they handed over our flat after 2 years from the commitment date.

We were promised, smart card entry, door phones, Solar common lightings, but none of them were implemented. When we try to call them, they don't respond. My kind suggestion is that, please don't ever think of buying a house from this builder, it is equal to dumping your hard earned money into a ditch. We have already done that mistake, so please don't get into the trap. With lots of pain and on behalf of the residents at Saswatha - one of the worst project of Atherya and as a well wisher of the other ongoing projects including SAMVRITA, SHRINGA, SHARABHA, SARVAGNA.
