I highly recommend not to go to this builder. Initially they promise everything, when u pay the amount they will not do anything. Even they will not receive call.

Builder is such a uneducated thug, he just speaks only Telegu and very rude. If u care for your money then don't go with these they are useless. I wasted my money in investing in these builder, u don't make such mistake

Dont get attracted to their sweet words. they speak sweetly at time of booking and . if they think prices have increased they create a situation and by telling lies they ensure that you cancel the apartment. after cancelling you are never sure when you will get your money back. they even show goonda giri., . their flats are constructed with huge deviations. quality of construction is not good . cheaters and I got cheated by their nice sweet words.

Hi all be aware of this builders, they wont give proper information about the property, they talk very rudely if we ask about Legal docs or OC & CC they response very rudely. I tried calling them many times they never respond to our calls also. I Had visited their project with my friend construction quality is also not good and No proper finishing of property internally and externally.

whatever we ask about the flat project manager was zero Knowledge.

Even I heard there is litigation on Approvals also, No Amenities also and the property location also is not good, too much traffic zone.

Approch road also is very smaller.

I'm having a veryyyy worst experience with this ASRITHA group, I have booked a flat in January 2015 when they had a prelaunch booking for their project "ELEGANCE" at jp nagar 8th phase Bangalore. They promised for finishing in 2 years but still after one and half year of my booking, they haven't even started the construction yet. Those people will talk nice in the starting but now they are not even picking up the call. They wont even give you the number of their builder giving all nonsense excuses. Only a waste manager is sitting in the office named, Sharif. Such an mean, idiot and nonsense fellow who won't respond even to customer calls. He will be angry and will be even scolding in abusive language. They will show gundagiri if we ask for any update. They will try to scare you by saying hit you, kill you, etc

No staff, fake office, and even the construction site is having lot of licence issues. Their properties are in dispute with the owners. Don't buy from this builder, he is a cheater. Care full while seeing their sites also, I have already lost my money, and the case is in court now. Their property is fake and in dispute. Dont fall into their trap. don't waste your money in these waste builder projects.

Go for some other renowned builder. These people will show you blow cost and good sites but all that would be fake. It's my very own personal experience and don't want innocent people to fall into this builder's ill spawned trap.

At first I was little tentative but then I started to read asritahs group reviews and Complaints. but I dint believe it as we cant judge a book by its cover some may have good feedback and some bad feedback so … the place is ideal for investment for its location and the rising land value. Apart from that the place is also coming up with many amenities. I have decided to buying a property there Great team of people, very good work done at my home. I purchased a flat in asrithas  signature in last year from asrithas  and it was under construction. Then I told them to implement some of the designs according to me. They did not even said no it is not in our budget and any kind of disagreeableness, apart from that they just designed it just like I said.I am totally satisfied with their services as well as location of the home.Thank you asrithas group  for providing us such a beautiful home.

I recently booked an Apartment with asrithas homes  at their new project  asrithas blossom heights .The staff is very friendly. Good to find a project with amenities and vastu compliance .Compared to other projects Ive visited in the surrounding location, I can say this is the most value for money project.Breath taking views and  ameneties.Really looking forward to staying here.Must visit if you are working in the surroundings or looking and I like the  dedicated the asrithas homes.the material they use good material and best quality material. thanks I must suggest othrs to buy as thy have project witin city limit if some one has doubt you can contact me.

Have booked flat in asrithas eeshan nz meadows, location is good near to adugudi. Asrithas group is good in customer relationship as they have accepted all modifications which I asked to modify with no extra cost. Builder is also having some other good projects.

I would recommend Asrithas group as it is near to main road, good quality of construction, in good locality, prices are equivalent, and marketing team is very supportive and regarding banks loan they gave me few options to select.
