Hi all be aware of this builders, they wont give proper information about the property, they talk very rudely if we ask about Legal docs or OC & CC they response very rudely. I tried calling them many times they never respond to our calls also. I Had visited their project with my friend construction quality is also not good and No proper finishing of property internally and externally.

whatever we ask about the flat project manager was zero Knowledge.

Even I heard there is litigation on Approvals also, No Amenities also and the property location also is not good, too much traffic zone.

Approch road also is very smaller.
