Today I received a call to inquire about a position in the human resources department that I saw on LinkedIn.


As your receptionist (Payal), she stated that you will receive a call from our human resources team, I stated that after several applications, they had not connected me, and she stated that we only hired female candidates.


My question is why the company only hires men and women in equal numbers, and why your HR (Ankita and Siddharth) does not provide complete information when posting jobs on social media platforms.
