Review On Ashapurna Buildcon, Jaipur

I am a resident of Ashapurna Empire(Jaipur). I have been residing here since 1.5 years now but have not had a pleasant experience. The entire society has not been re-painted in 6 years. The trees are not getting maintained at all. There is no one designated to handle the greenery in the society. Moreover, the plot right opposite my Balcony is full of rubbish and garbage but there is no one to initiate the cleanliness. My family has got the plot cleared a number of times but there is garbage that is thrown every day.

The corridors, the play area, gym, nothing is getting maintained, the residents of the society are not paying maintenance fee, yet are being allowed to stay there.

The swimming pool is dirty and the kids of the society swim in the dirty pool itself.

Overall, Ashapurna Buildcon Limited is not maintaining its societies well at all. The residents paying maintenance fee duly are not getting the quality of life that was promised by the builder.
