We had brought a plot in CENTURION AVENUE  THIRUVERKADU CHENNAI in JULY  2012 from  ARTHA PROPERTIES CHENNAI  after the plot was registered  as per the request of artha properties agreement was signed with GREEN AVENUE HOMES for the construction of the villa .this is where they fool the customers u buy a property from  artha properties  they hand over the construction to another company  GREEN AVENUE AND HOMES, GREEN AVENUE HOMES which undertake the construction will not complete the project.

They will not respond to your telephone call or email . when  u ask artha properties they  give a stock answer we are not involved in this construction. we have disassociated from green avenue . but during the construction the correspondence was with Artha as seen in the pic you see a logo of Artha andGreen avenue homes and gardens in the letter head, they are the ones who send demand letter, all correspondence  is from artha regarding payments . so please beware when you buy from Artha  Properties.
