The marketing team plays very tricky games to make the customer pay the advance, we fell prey to that trap and cost 30, 000/-, Multiple requests for refund on medical ground were rejected, very much disappointed with this builders, decided never to go for this properties again, they were not ready to show me a draft of the agreement before paying a huge amount.
