There is a big garbage along the wall of Anika Properties that will cause health issue of resident,


The marketing team plays very tricky games to make the customer pay the advance, we fell prey to that trap and cost 30, 000/-, Multiple requests for refund on medical ground were rejected, very much disappointed with this builders, decided never to go for this properties again, they were not ready to show me a draft of the agreement before paying a huge amount.


However people choosing the right bulider will assist you to get your dream home or property easy.so don't go that place.
