In 2018, we purchased an apartment in Amudha. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for two primary reasons. Firstly, their unwavering commitment to quality was evident throughout the entire construction process of my apartment, which I closely monitored. They consistently utilized high-grade materials. Secondly, I value the opportunity to customize our residence according to our preferences, including options for wall colors, door designs, bathroom fixtures, Electrical items(based on our preferred brand) and floor tiles.

Additionally, I would like to commend the professionalism of the staff. We greatly appreciated the site engineer's coordination in all aspects, and they were always willing to accommodate any necessary changes during our visits to the site. Overall, I am very satisfied.

I purchased a flat in Mambakkam from Amudha Civil Constructions. They provided the flat for us at really affordable price and especially they accepted our ideas and adjusted their plan for our home. It was hassle free experience for us and they were very friendly. The supervisor was available anytime for our help and to answer our queries.

They did a commendable job and I would strongly recommend Amudha Civil Constructions to anyone who wishes to buy their dream home. Also, They are quite famous around the sithalapakkam area and I do not see any negative side as few of them mentioned here. We all know It's really difficult to satisfy each and everyone but out of my experience I do really feel they try and give their bestest to each and everyone.

I was searching 2BHK flat in sithakapakkam and I came to know about Amudha Civil Construction PVT LTD through social media.

I impressed with floor plan and affordable price. I booked a 2BHK flat. After that I came to know much of good reviews about the builder from my office colleagues and I saw lot of apartment done by builder in sithalapakkam location.

The build quality was very good and the customer service offered was fantastic. our home project was successfully finished. I will definitely recommend Amudha Civil Constructions.

I had purchased a property from Amudha Civil Constructions. The build quality was very good and the customer service offered was fantastic. The builder was open for changes to the floor plan and was very accommodating to my requests.

Overall it was an amazing stress free experience and I would strongly recommend Amudha Civil Constructions to anyone who wishes to buy their dream home.

I've read through some of the comments in this thread and my view on reading these comments is that, there would always be some issues while a building construction is going on and they will be completed as the Project is being completed and Mr. Ilango is very welcoming and has a warm personality. I didn't get to meet him often, but the project was completed smoothly in time.

I am writing this with deep regrets, frustration and anger for the reason, I WAS FOOLED BY ILANGO(OWNER), I WASTED MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS BUILDER.

I hate this builders now a days. They are just cheating peoples now a days. Worst things are happening with peoples and not responding them properly. So now a days you should be beware before investing in this property premises. This builder is Best out of the Worst in the market. IF you intend to buy a flat or something don't go with them they will cheat you.

There were lot and lot of issues and I have listed them to the office and so far no action has been taken.Window finishing is never done, causing rain water to come inside. There is just a box for cable tv wire but no connection at all and I had to bring the wire outside for TV. It has been a nightmare with all these issues.

There were so many basic problem in the construction and some times it worried me off when some common sense was not applied by the engineer.  THEY did not even bother deploy a quality check person the issues fix it. The worse is yet to come.

Like everyone I also wanted to buy a flat and came across Amudha Constructions. The Builder is Ilango who talks very very good and carries Honey is his mouth. He gives all assurances until he gets money from you but later many of the promises will not be fulfilled. Worst thing is you cannot meet him at all.

The workers in his company are the real worst and lazy people. Not sure whether they don't know or they have been trained to talk and behave like that to us. They also give many promises but later nothing will be fulfilled. You need to chase chase chase but nothing will happen.

This builder is Best out of the Worst in the market. IF you intend to buy please have a clear agreement with him and don't give 100% money other wise you will be cheated and you wont be getting anything.
