Simple don't go with Akshaya. You should be All Compromise


My opinion, buy only completed project. like buying car, other products and machinery etc., Do you pay any product before it become fully ready? NO. So all builder cheating with our money. Let them go with bank loans to build their product. once completed we will buy like other products in EMI or full payment, if it is really value for money. AWARE OF BUILDERS
