I have booked flat in TODAY project in dec 2012 - REGRETTING as not delivered so far - dec 2018 . they promised to handover by sept 2016 with additional grace period of 9 months from dec 2015.


till now Dec 2018, my flat is still under construction, work is stopped as of now.


They keep changing Due dates , they are not keeping promises .


as of now 3 years delay, and even now there is no guarantee when I am going to get my flat.
