They dont adhere to promised timelines nor have the courtesy to respond to questions from owners. I really feel cheated by them and paying my emi alone for past 5 years but, still not received my flat. When request for penalty they say that I defaulted on my stage payments and hence cannot pay any damages. yes, I defaulted twice in my payments for 3 days but, they are defaulting me for 2 years still I am not eligible for any damages as per their claim.
