The owners have filed a consumer court lawsuit on the builder. for Aisshwarya Samskruthi.

They have taken lacs of rupees and made a clubhouse but have not given it to the association / owners since 12 years. Other issues include not paying maintenance, strong arming poor buyers and non-operational facilities. The projects in the vicinity of this project are selling plots at 4000 rs, this builder is charging 5000+ over 15 lacs in other charges including lacs for clubhouse which they have not allowed anyone to use.

When I moved back to bangalore couple years back, I was staying in Sarjapur Road, in a flat and working with Wipro corporate office.  Since I am comfortable in that area I would like to upgrade my self from a flat to own my own villa. So I started my hunt on nearby projects and search going on with several projects, i am not satisfied the layouts I have seen, becoz layout standard, poor construction. After searching so many layouts, I came across AISSHWARYA SAMSKRUTHI.  After seeing this layout, I thought that this is the suitable place where I can live in with my parents happily.

Immediately I approached the builder and after so much negotiations and verifications from other owners I bought villa here. Here I have all the amenities from kids to my parents and I can enjoy with nature as we have reserved forest and natural lake next to this project. If some one feels some thing missing in their life with nature and fed up with apartment culture and busy life, surely they will have a wonderful time in their life in this project.

When I was looking for a sized up 2BHK flat in Bangalore, our 24 year old son found Aishwarya group on the internet. It met the criteria we were after & the layout also seemed to be perfect. We visited their office display flat in Austin town & were impressed by the quality and design of their building. And we took the decision that was easier to choose Aishwarya group as the preferred builders and the level of inclusion that was offered was good.

Throughout the processes of constructing the home, we knew who was in charge and to contact at all times for any queries or concerns and that person still answer any of our questions.

I have booked a villa in Aisshwarya samskruthi it is good design os the villa is awesome it has got great ambience & value for money.

I would recommend you people to be as part of gated community which is worth living and with unique design

Please do not buy the newly launched aishwarya samskruti villas off sarjapur road. The builder has bad reputation for his previous project. If you want to confirm please visit his earlier project Aishwarya excellency aptt on old madras road, opp tin factory. The builder has not fullfilled all the promises. Till Date he has not completed the club house. He has used the pathetic construction material. He did not get complete the legal formalities because of which each and every person in the apartment is suffering.

He has taken money from each one of us but till date he has not paid money for Cauvery water He has taken money for Khata form all of us but now BBMP is not issuing us Khata as Builder has not paid money to BBMP toward betterment charges and thus none of us are getting Khata. Its been 6 years and till date builder has not completed the club house., Please don't believe him. He promised to give us a shop in the apartment., Its never built and its closed. If you do not believe me, please visit Aishwara excellency apart at old madras rd and aks any resident about the builder.

They will tell you the exact review. Please do not give away your hard earned money to anyone.

I have picked upa villa at Aisshwarya SAMSKRUTHI , any one who is keen or looking out foe a life style living I strongly recommend to visit these people, I had been almost searching for 6 months in and around I felt these guys have it what we want.

One simple word a best place to live with the near and dear ones.

Please do not trust Aisshwarya Group, Bangalore who claim to be luxury apartment builders only as they are only concerned with collecting money and their buildings will never have the quality of a luxury apartment neither they provide basic amenities like driniking water and clean complex.

I am a victim of one of their so called luxury apartments - Aisshwarya Excellency, on Old Madras Road, Bangalore. The sales person quoted a premium rate compared to the rest of the apartments on Old Madras Road saying it is "ready to occupy" an year earlier, but till date they couldnt get No Objection Certificate(NOC) from Fire Department for constructing a 12 storeyed building.

If the govt officials wake up one day, this building might be treated as illegal and can be demolished. The MD of the group Mr.Satish Babu is so arrogant that he told in the owners / residents meeting that none of the Sale Aggreement(s) or any other documents say that he has to finish the project and is not interested as well and blame the Govt for not clearing the NOC.

Do someone know how to handle such property builders who think they are over and above law and can play with the hard working money of the owners?

I know the answers are difficult to be explained as everuthing has loophole in India and Trust will be misused by such people always.

Anyways I just want to ensure that no one else gets trapped in to Aisshwarya group, Bangalore.
