Please do not buy the newly launched aishwarya samskruti villas off sarjapur road. The builder has bad reputation for his previous project. If you want to confirm please visit his earlier project Aishwarya excellency aptt on old madras road, opp tin factory. The builder has not fullfilled all the promises. Till Date he has not completed the club house. He has used the pathetic construction material. He did not get complete the legal formalities because of which each and every person in the apartment is suffering.

He has taken money from each one of us but till date he has not paid money for Cauvery water He has taken money for Khata form all of us but now BBMP is not issuing us Khata as Builder has not paid money to BBMP toward betterment charges and thus none of us are getting Khata. Its been 6 years and till date builder has not completed the club house., Please don't believe him. He promised to give us a shop in the apartment., Its never built and its closed. If you do not believe me, please visit Aishwara excellency apart at old madras rd and aks any resident about the builder.
