Even I had booked an flat in man valley vista nerul hearing from companies employee. When I questioned them, no one was there to hear and the employee left the company because company had not bothered to pay them. Even this company has cheated their employees, how can he leave their clients. So be careful of this company. This company had also packed up from Navi Mumbai and Thane .

Affinity consultant is making fool of innocent investors as they r sitting in Delhi and marketing here in Mumbai with developers.and the important thing is that the number which is mention in website of UK & US is fraud as they don't have offices in abroad the number is diverted t here in Delhi. when ever you will call no proper rates no proper information.

I don't know why the developers work with this channel partners. even we had heard that many employee from affinity had been removed and even the company had not bother to pay their employees monthly payment and incentives, even we came to know that this company had made a fraud of salary + incentives of innocent employees upto 50 lacs and the head of Mumbai was removed immediately as company was unable to pay salary+incentives to them .even we don't thing that they had corporate offices in India..please don't go for this company as an investor or as an employee.

15 investors of Man Valley vista project nerul has got a great loss as the project was illegal but affinity did not check the legal papers of the project despite numerous press reports about the same.
