I have joined recently and contracted Covid in my second week of working.

The immediate care and concern the management and my colleagues showed me is a clear indication of how great the company is to work for.

As a senior sales person, I have worked with many organization's. Happy to say that I am valued for every suggestion that I make.

What is really impressive is that the management is very clear that they want to be know for crystal clear documentation and the absolute best in construction. Absolutely love that!!

Salaries are paid on time, as well as our incentives.

Even channel partners are treated fairly and commissions are paid each and every time without fail.

I am happy I decided to join Mr. Kandy and Mr. Ajith on their journey, and I can say for sure, the only way is UP!!

42 Estates might not be those big flashy names that you may want on your resume , but as an individual your contributions are valued as much in those big flashy organizations.The management here is open to hear your ideas and the way you want to increase business(This is my opinion as I handle a sales profile here).

Along with satisfaction of our clients we also step out to work for monetary requirements. This is one of those few companies that keep up their monetary commitments on time. Have never faced issues in my payroll or my incentives.

Hi Guys I m very upset from the experience I had faced so writting this to keep awareness in choosing a company before joining.

it has been a business for B cat builders to so a rosy picture to the interviewers and after they get in trap by joining the company with hopes and aspiration this company 42 Estates and the Director Ajit, MD Gaffar Kandy and the so call Consultant Nazneen destroys your entire experience with torture, harassment so that you leave the org once you do so after having all that mental harassment they will blame you for absconding and not pay you yor salary and so called MD will block u coz he cant hear truth.

I request you not to join this company bcoz the people there are fake and dangerous for life I doubt how there projects will come up bad politics and fake faces how will not pay you your money and rather ask you on your contribution make your life hell with 12-15hours of work yet unsatisfied and try to rule you all the ex employee vedha, ankita, neha krishna reddy was been treated the same way so no one now wants to join this company.
