We are experience very badly with SNR construction. Before purchasing and giving advance everything went well, they accepted everything you ask . after the advance given and flat registered, they will change entirely . they means builder, engineer everybody.

You dont get any response from the builder . if they say 2 month to completion then it will take 2 years to complete.

They wont provide all the facilities they mentioned in the brochure.

this is the experience we faced in SNR elegance mettukuppam, Thoraipakkam, construction.

Anybody can visit our apartment and get the experience from the house owner.
