Very Poor planning, construction quality, lazy

Review On Sai Shraddha Associates & Chandrarang Developers, Pune

I booked flat at La Melosa, Chaudhari Park, Wakad Pune in March 2018. I got keys in June 2021. Official possession letter, occupancy certificate is still pending. Promised date was Aug 2019. Amenities construction has not even started yet in Nov 2021.

Coming to house, construction quality is so bad that you won't need a drill machine to hole. There is 2-3 inch layer of Plaster. Tile quality is poor.

There is no proper planning of project. Corporation water is mixed with borewell water and provided for drinking and utility. Sewage treatment plant added at last moment and it is not maintained well. Sewage water is coming out of manholes in parking. Rainwater from terrace being left out in parking. Parking lots are very small. Society gate was borrowed second hand from junkyard. 2 gates are of different design. Builder is still looking for contractor to build amenities.

MNGL gas pipeline is laid but gas meter connections left in limbo in between.

We got some work done like power backup in lifts, cleaning by forcing them and following up.

Overall very poor. Do not buy any flat from this builder in any society. Both sai shraddha associates and chandraranga developers are useless.
