I have purchased a flat in Casagrand ECR 14, paid all my dues on time, infact they asked me to pay my registration fee which also paid but I was following up for 4 months to my registration done, in between 3 times my CRM changed, no proper communication, my flat is completed and all my dues are paid post they are coming now starting I need to pay a late fee, this is completely mishandling a customer, and till now my apartment has'nt been handed over. Such a big real estate builder no process, promises are kept.

Any other ways I can take it.

We booked a 3bhk and we visited the site and realised that there was a deviation in the construction. They did not realise until we pointed it out. Secondly they came back after 3 months and said that it was printing mistake in the brochure. They said they would handover the apartment in 2019 June max by august.. but it’s 2021 July and they still haven’t handed over the apartment.. we cancelled and booked an apartment opposite to mayajaal.. I see the site everyday and I hardly see any movement in the construction.. also refund took about 11 months.. pathetic customer service and they don’t do what they promised.. plus their hidden charges are high.. we can get much better apartments for that price..

Projects are very good and more amenities with ontime delivery. Both senior citizens and children friendly.

I have booked an apartment in ECR14 and canceled it.when I claim for a booking refund didn't get a response from casagrand management. They said money will be refunded in 45days but it's more than 55days now still i didn't get the money back or call back. Raised complaints through all the available numbers on the website, they rerouting to different concerned person but none of them responds. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CASAGRAND TEAM.

I have booked a flat in ECR14 project in 2017 which is in progress. Several mails I have sent to clarify few points. But no response from CRM. Infact I have personally visited them in the registered office and despite there is no response. pl guide me as to whom to be contacted for reply of my queries.

There is an apartment in ECR Mahabalipuram Road, it was very attractive and unique look. Saw it in TV Ad.Collected the details about it.

Attractive Home with suitable Budget. I was about to take 3bhk apartment for me.

Construction is good, outlook is so impressive. It is exactly as I see it in TV Ad.

A great high-rise apartment complex located bang on ECR. Has a great view of the sea from the top floors. The architecture is quite contemporary and the wrap-around balcony gives a very unique styling to the apartment from the inside.

Overall, its the perfect home for anyone who loves to live along the beach.
