Here's what happened:
I enrolled in a PMP certification course with Simplilearn and was promised an exam voucher. However, things took a turn for the worse when I tried to schedule my exam. Despite clear communication with Simplilearn's account manager, Tejaswini, who recommended making payment in Indian rupees, I ended up with a voucher valid only in India.
When I sought assistance, Simplilearn's response was both shocking and unfair. They refused to either issue a new voucher for the UAE region or refund the 38, 000 rupees I had paid for enrollment, leaving me in a difficult situation.
I firmly believe in fair and ethical business practices, but my experience with Simplilearn has shaken my trust. I am now pursuing legal avenues to seek justice.
Please be cautious when considering Simplilearn for your educational needs. Don't let yourself fall victim to unfair treatment or deceptive practices. Your hard-earned money deserves respect and honesty.
