This is to inform all the people hereby that Simplilearn people have employed Goons who abuse & use derogatory comments against people who refuse their plans.Moreover, they also harass people if they avoid their calls & don't entertain them.

Same incident has happened with us today when A Simplilearn agent named Athul Chandran who was continuously harrassing me for Professional Certification Program in Brand Strategy -SP Jain.

Asked him not to call continuously then he started sending me derogatory messages & abused me on a phone call.He also passed derogatory comments against my caste and place

I have paid ₹ 143, 885.07 to simplilearn for CSIM course with 100% passing guarantee based on 16th manual. Initially they didn't have training material and finally got the training based on 16th manual but Since Jan 17, 2023 they are issuing me used voucher of CISM exam by some other student as per ISACA and I am chasing simplilearn over email, LMS portal, LinkedIn, twitter. Escalated the issue to escalation team, grievance team, director sales, and even CEO but not yet resolved. Please beware they are charging student in advance and giving a duplicate voucher and not giving a working voucher. Huge harassment as a student and regret my decision now why I chose simplilearn.

I had joined simplilearn data science course from simplilearn in 2022 sep to may batch but after completing course they will not giving single call and not taking mock and nothing any executive received call and taken all installments from my bank account because before joining course they cheating me and provided me bank loan in 12 installments and later nothing provide anything I had wasted my 60000 rs don't join this institute dont waste your money this very frod and useless cheat institute and institute staff also frod if you raised ticket they closed without solving issue.

The staff named Ankit, who looks into project management is so abusive, it’s because of him I decided not to opt for this course.

He is way too clingy at the first place, and then he starts abusing .

Simplilearn please hire the right people and conduct their training on how to talk to applicants. You’re harbouring idiots. If Your first line representatives are like this, no one will take up any courses

This is the worst digital marketing training ever, I was enrolled back in 2020 and the content is completely outdated, they still uptill now teaching universal analytics which is already deleted by google, you will never see 1 single on screen tutorial for practical knowledge, you just get theoretical explanation from people never practiced anything by hands on projects, now they are requesting me to pay more 1000$ to move me to another course

I have joined in Simplilearn for data science which is not worth it and no policy for refund amount.

Before joining please think twice.

I was told by the leaning consultant when I enrolled that the course would be a 3 month duration one. But after enrolling I realised that the course would be pretty long and hard to manage alongside your work schedule if you are a working professional.

So the criteria to unlock the master certificate(the one awarded after completing all 6 courses in the Business Analyst Program) was to complete 2 course end projects from 2 different courses or complete 65% of the course to unlock certificate and avail the placement assistance.

I had contacted the customer care team after completing all the 6 courses(from live class recording to self learning and project submission and plus one more elective course). So here I had completed 7 courses instead of just 2 courses which is needed to get placement assistance. But even though I had completed 6/6(main courses with 100% complete rate each) my progress on my Learning Management System was only 19% course completion.

When I asked them to provide me with the placement assistance they bluntly told no because my course progress was only 19%. When I asked them why was it 19% when I have completed all classes, projects and certification exams, they said it is mainly because I haven't attended any live class.

So when I logically questioned them asking if we keep 50% weightage for live classes and the rest 50% weightage for the self learning+exams+projects, still my course progress should have touched 50% each, but in reality the course progress was only 19% for BA and 11% for tableau even though I completed the course and unlocked my certificate.

Also the course curriculum isn’t updated or industry relevant and is mostly outdated. They teach the concepts half and half and when you do the projects you will realise that and will be forced to watch more than a couple of YouTube videos to get your concepts sorted out.

So I would highly recommend anyone planning on enrolling for this course to not proceed further ahead as misleading promises are made and hardly any support is provided to address the learner’s problems. It is really disheartening to have put in so much of hard work and be denied the opportunity to sit for placements solely on the reason that I could not attend a live class. Also I had told their Consultant before getting myself enrolled that my work timings would not let me attend any live classes, yet the executive lied to me that it would never be an issue as they would be providing me the recording and also would not affect my eligibility for the placements as well.

The courses are online so overcrowded, making it impossible to get personalized attention or ask questions during classes. They didnt mention that more than 110 students in single batch and most of them enrolled irrespective of basic knowledge and experience making training session worst. I am feeling scammed and when I tried to message relationship manager they didn't respond back. Please dont waste your money here.

I enrolled in this platform with high hopes, drawn in by their enticing promises of a top-notch education experience. However, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

The courses are overcrowded, making it impossible to get personalized attention or ask questions during classes. It's disheartening that I can't even communicate directly with the trainers.

The lack of support and meaningful interaction has left me feeling scammed, as if I'm just a number filling up their classrooms. The promises made prior to enrollment were nothing but a marketing ploy to lure students in.

I strongly advise anyone considering this platform to think twice. There are better educational resources out there that value their students' learning experiences and deliver on their promises. Don't make the same mistake I did.

These people have got nothing to do with education. It's a scam in the name edtech platform.

Just tell them that you are interested in admission they stick behind your back, they call you repeatedly till you get frustrated. When there is a glitch in their service and when seriously a help needed from their end, even after requesting for several times or rising several support tickets they don't even respond.

I had a long discussion for nearly half a month and finally they had agreed to send my monthly status report. Actually, I had asked for weekly report for which they disagreed. Irony is we can't get our report for ourself. The reason behind this is at the end they make false accusations that we didn't do so and so task, which happened recently. They sent me a false warning that I haven't applied for nearly 5 jobs. But, I had applied for all their jobs and had proofs. Upon writing a review, exposing their dirty business, I got a call and after proving them that I have applied, they said they would be sending me a mail apologizing for their fault, but still I haven't received it from careerservice team. Even after rising a ticket for the same, they closed the ticket without responding or apologizing.

Right now, I had a call from Simplilearn careerservice and directly refusued to share my report to myself.

They had agreed to share the same a month ago and now suddenly it's an order from higher authorities not to share my report with myself. I know here it's going. At the end they lie that we didn't do so and so activity.

Now they informed me that I have scored 14.5 in a code test. Fun fact is I have never taken that test. No mail or link or any information as provided to me from Simplilearn team and now they are throwing another false accusation that I haven't done well in test.

Every time they try to throw away my job guarantee service by their lies or scams I would expose them to the world.

Please don't loose your hard earned money to these scammers. Let me share my experience with Simplilearn. Except Job guarantee program there is no course of them where they put effort for your placement. But unfortunately even in job guarantee program NOBODY is placed via Simplilearn.

They have got few terms and conditions which they say that we should be following to avail guarantee services. Till today I have followed all their traps so that I still be eligible for guarantee services. One among these terms are to fill Google forms which is supposed to filled without miss. These Google forms are from Simplilearn itself, not from the companies and they ask to fill it everytime. Same form in the name of different companies but forms of Simplilearn. All they want is we miss some form and they get excuse to drop our guarantee service.

I have filled all the forms within the time limit they had asked for and I have got proofs even, but falsely accuse me that I haven't applied for many companies through the forms they have provided. I can also give the copy of proof that I have applied for all those companies mentioned by them.

It's job guaranteed program for name sake it should have been named "guaranteed no job, no refund program".

If any of the executives call you and say that job guaranteed program with 100 percent result, just ask them if they provide with any placement record from last 1 year who are placed from Simplilearn and are of non IT background. It's literally zero. Also if anybody is placed, they had IT experience but just needed certificate for career transit. For that Udemy is the best platform. In fact contents are far better than of Simplilearn.

After my previous review Simplilearn had asked for my contact details and had called and had promised me to check with their fault and had asked me for screenshots of proofs that I was right and they were wrong. Later after their followups, they had agreed to apologize for their mistake and would give me written that it was their fault.

I have received mail from escalation team which is of no use and not from careerservices.

Even after raising a ticket asking for the same, they marked it as resolved. After I reopened the same ticket they marked it as duplicate.

For all the tickets we raise the response is same. It's either resolved without even trying to resolve or marked as duplicate where there is no relation between the tickets which they claim to be replicas of.

I have got proofs of all their scams.

They made me literally struggle, and I am still following up for last 1 n half month on my raised ticket. They are just hiding themselves that's I chose to start giving feedback on social media, they give all fake promises when you sign the course, their traning tools are futile. They make students struggle without providing help like I'm going through. Don't go with Simplilearn.

One of the worst platform. They said they will refund the money when we don't understand the lecture. But when asked later they are not ready to refund. I would highly not recommend anyone to join simplilearn.

Don't take itil4 training from simplilearn. The classes will bore you to death. If you depend on materials that doesn't have all content.

Tutor is not hood either. Better invest money somewhere else

It has come to my attention that despite completing the course six months ago, I have not received any assistance in securing a job as promised. Additionally, a loan of INR 179, 060 has been sanctioned by Avanse Financial Services under the names of "Admission KYC" and "Subscription KYC of EMI, " apparently due to my association with Propelled, which is unfamiliar to me. I only recently received the loan sanction letter after contacting Propelled.

Its been 3 month after the course still simplilearn unable to provide me a job opportunity instead in beginning they promised me for 100 percent guarantee job.

I enrolled myself in their PMP Certification and paid INR45000. I was promised that they will provide all the support I need for one year as I was told that the course is for 1 year and that I will be able to give my exam within that year. 6 months have gone, and I get a call now from them stating that the PMP exam voucher has expired and that they need me to pay an additional amount to redeem my voucher.

The Simplilearn team never bothered to call me to remind me of the expiration of this exam voucher nor followed up with me for anything. They, however, follow up now as I need to pay additional charges of INR12K. When I tell them I can't, the guy says it is just 12K. I mean this is how you treat your customers.

Hopeless attitude by the team.

I would never recommend Simplilearn to anyone. If anyone is planning to pursue a course through them, please refrain from doing so. You will only end up losing your money.

I had a horrible experience enrolling with them. I am immensely frustrated and fuming.

Similearn does not provide any job. We can only study online and get online certificates. But the IIM portal resume upload and providing 100 per ent job is complete fake and fraud. I am July cohort and completed in this March, till now I am jobless. So beware people. Do not fall into this trap.

One of the educational councillor from simplilern his name is Mohammed Suhaib this person is done fraud with me stating that simplilern will conduct 10interviews , Mock interviews as well aslo he told me about if you want to cancel your course you can cancel you will get your full amount back. But, the thing is I was enrolled on 30 Dec'2022 and my live classes were started at 04th Feb'23. Let me know i would apply for course cancellation he had given me false statement he had a words with my mother and brother on vidio and audio call for enrollment .Now he is stating that did i told you to pick my call and answer .Simplilern is really fraud .Simplilern trainers will not cover everything they will tell us watch recording or YouTube even that councellor were also telling me same thing to me watch YouTube .If they are taking huge fees from learners then why don't train is if they don't why don't they return learners money back.Yesterday morning i has raise the complaint against simplilern as well as educational councellor Mohammed Suhaib .His number is 9390000211 this is his personal number don't pick his calls he is a fraud person even simplilern is a fraud making false statement for money .Really disgusting online institute

It is better to do nothing instead to going with Simplilearn, such a very bad experience for me, they have given fake promises & cheated me with the words & finally when I asked for retake voucher they simply rejected.

Dont waste your money / energy / time going with simplilearn, they are money minded only, they believe education is the best field to make money, & they are targeting to make money only by employing unqualified employees to cheat people.
