A concern raised for this may not be resolved and your learning manager will simply say that you have already achieved the certificate, so don't worry about this. You may be asked to note down the ticket number for future reference. So frustrating dealing with them.

Coming to the trainer, at least I never got good answers except for "I have not tried this. May be I will come back".

I strongly advise against Simplilearn courses, as they fail to deliver on their promises. The sales team prioritizes recruiting new students over providing genuine support. The advertised facilities, such as placement assistance and resume reviews, are nonexistent. Be cautious and do your due diligence by researching, comparing with other platforms, and verifying their claims before investing your hard-earned money

I was stressing that this class would be way over my head. Keith broke things down in a way that you will remember and not overthink things that will be on the test. I am confident of passing this ITIL exam and no longer stressing about it.

I took a degital marketing course in simplilearn company in the year 2020 (COVID 19 period)

Due to some family problem I did not use there cource & I did not login & I told them to cancel the cource take it back and clear my loan outstanding but this people not doing till now

The course consume the data after completing the course 100% too many times but app is showing complete it 1% remaining here . 84% is only completed by u...it's totally scam done by the app management. The course is of 2 hours duration after 169 minutes ..don't get update at all.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with Simplilearn's handling of my exam voucher expiration. At no point did I receive any notification or reminder that my voucher was nearing its expiration. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience, especially considering how important it is for me to complete this certification.

For comparison, I had a much better experience with "The Knowledge Academy" when I took the Azure Solution Architect certification(AZ-305 and AZ-104). Their communication was clear, and they provided timely reminders, ensuring I could focus on passing the exams without worrying about voucher expiration.

Additionally, I’ve faced a frustrating lack of resolution from customer support. After following the guidance from the Help ChatBot and contacting account manager as instructed, I was redirected back to raise the issue via the Help option, only to be told to contact account manager again. This inefficient back-and-forth is unprofessional and has led to further delays.

I strongly urge Simplilearn to improve its communication, both in terms of voucher expiration and customer support.
