Simplilearn is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I enrolled myself in their PMP Certification and paid INR45000. I was promised that they will provide all the support I need for one year as I was told that the course is for 1 year and that I will be able to give my exam within that year. 6 months have gone, and I get a call now from them stating that the PMP exam voucher has expired and that they need me to pay an additional amount to redeem my voucher.
The Simplilearn team never bothered to call me to remind me of the expiration of this exam voucher nor followed up with me for anything. They, however, follow up now as I need to pay additional charges of INR12K. When I tell them I can't, the guy says it is just 12K. I mean this is how you treat your customers.
Hopeless attitude by the team.
I would never recommend Simplilearn to anyone. If anyone is planning to pursue a course through them, please refrain from doing so. You will only end up losing your money.
I had a horrible experience enrolling with them. I am immensely frustrated and fuming.
