I am writing this review with immense dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my experience with Simplilearn's Live Digital Marketing Master Course. My interaction with Simplilearn began on September 14, 2023, when an employee named Anukrithi enrolled me for the course, assuring me that the live sessions would commence on September 25, 2023.
To my dismay, the promised course never started, and to make matters worse, Anukrithi has been completely unresponsive to my calls and WhatsApp messages. Desperate to resolve the issue, I reached out to the helpline multiple times and sent numerous emails seeking assistance, but the lack of any meaningful response has only added to my frustration.
What's more alarming is the financial aspect of this ordeal. Anukrithi convinced me to make a down payment of Rs 6750 and orchestrated EMIs of Rs 6375 per month for the next six months through Liquiloan finance company. This not only put me in a precarious financial situation but has also adversely impacted my CIBIL score.
I feel cheated and scammed by Simplilearn, and I strongly caution others to be wary of falling victim to similar deceptive practices. It is essential for institutions like Simplilearn to uphold their commitments and prioritize customer satisfaction rather than engaging in unethical practices that harm individuals both financially and professionally.
My earnest request is for Simplilearn to address this issue promptly, refund my money, and take immediate corrective actions to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. I hope that my warning serves as a wake-up call for the institution to reassess its practices and prioritize the well-being of its customers over financial gains.
